The Omega 3 Index

What is it?

The Omega-3 Index measures the amount of Omega-3 fats in red blood cells. Higher numbers tend to be better because having more Omega-3 in your cells can lead to a healthier heart, brain,

and less inflammation.

Interestingly, the average Omega-3 Index in Western countries is 4-5%, when ideally,

it should be around 8% for optimal health benefits.

As we can see, Japan has a higher life expectancy than America and higher Omega-3 levels.

The number 1 reason people living in Japan have higher Omega-3 levels is their diet, which consists of constant fish, which is packed with pure Omega-3 fats.

Studies have linked the high Omega-3 diet to an increase in life expectancy.

What can you do?

Most people won’t be able to get enough Omega-3 in their diet, and odds are your Omega-3 levels are lower than they should be. This is where supplementation comes in.

Our Pure Omega-3 will help raise your Omega-3 levels, which helps with your heart and brain health.

It also helps with inflammation, which is crucial for healthy ageing.

Each batch of our Pure Omega-3 goes through rigorous testing

and is made in an unoxidized state,

which ensures maximum potency and effectiveness.
